I need help too!! my wedding is in October and i need to lose like 15 pounds ... hoping I will lose the weight in Ramadan .. any one have any tips?

When you open your fast, drink a lot of water, you'll be to full to eat a lot after that

Fasting in ramzan teaches us to control on everything.What’s the point of fasting if all you are looking forward to is what will you get to eat in Iftaar?

Keep active during the day. Don't just sleep!

Water, water and more water. A glass of water before, during and after each meal, at Sehri and Iftaar. And keep away from the fried food.

One good tip is to buy a variety of fruit and then slice them just before Iftaar, so after you've opened your fast you can eat the fruit, but make sure you finish it ALL. Get your family to take part in this routine as support because I found that it really helped. Honestly though, if you get into this routine, you will lose weight, iA.

Also, I might get in trouble for saying this, but read Taraweeh too as it burns off those calories you consumed at Iftaar and you're obtaining reward for praying, iA.

Fast after maghrib as well. Have a single iftar on Eid.

Well..as i stated somewhere. When you open fast..try not eating too much pakoays, channas and all that stuff. I usually open fast with couple of dates with water. And after maghrib prayer..when stomach is little settled. Have fruit chaat and couple of pakorays..thats it. Whe i stick to this routine..i find that i loose weight..so may you can try that. Btw..i follow above routine..not because of gaining or loosing weight. Rather..i like to keep myself in shape.

its not about starving your self, eat the right food and do the right exercises and you will notice a difference within a week

Eat dinner directly at the time of breaking the fast and don't eat the fried snacks. Chicken tikka type of dinner at iftar is always fun for me.

Good sehri, small iftar, no dinner. Taraweeh every night.

Its not the quality of food you eat as much as it is the quality of food. You should avoid fried foods. You should avoid unhealthy food that adds pure fat. That is sugar, milk, rice, bread etc. I also recommend you exercise before you eat iftar. It will help with the weight loss.

And yes only 2 meals in a day.
