Shoulder press, incline press... Set to 10lbs, repeat 100-200 times after heavy cardio and stay away from the loaf cake.

These are the first places my weight comes off, from the shoulders :bummer: but it doesnt seem to move from the belly :frowning:

The Cross trainer is a really gud machine for full body workout, really helpz lose weight from upper n lower body really fast, but belly errr nooo i think tht will take another century :crying:

And yeh using the weights to tone, also help lose the inches and prevent skin from sagging…

Plus add some pulling routines of about same intensity.
One with cables.

its weird but i only gain on my tummy or the areas i mentioned.i have lost alot from my tummy but the fat is still there on arms

yeahh exactly even my arms are a big problematik area...need to looz weight from my arms ...plz post those exercises which can be done at home...i do tht arm rotating thing but need to kno sumthing more...

I have had the same problem my self, I mean the tummy problem, and I have tried a lot of exercise but had no effect. I have tried some chinese tea that a friend recommended to me, it's called: "Oolong tea", in fact this is a category of chinese tea and is divided into other teas, but the result have been pretty much the same, because I have used almost all those teas.

Be sure that drinking the tea didn't helped alone, exercise and diet were my second priority. Before I started drinking the tea I have searched the web for a articles about it and this one talked me into taking this tea diet:

 "...These      data suggest that **oolong tea** may promote weight loss by increasing energy      expenditure 'increase rate of metabolism 10-20%." The scientists then noted      that caffeine 'present in tea also is known to increase the rate. Their      research was to determine how much if any, other factors in **oolong tea** added      to the effect.
      They also      noted that "No consistent scientific evidence links moderate caffeine      consumption to any health risks..."

The best way to lose fat is cardio. Either High Intensity Interval training or if you are a beginner then a brisk walk with the treadmill inclined.

This should be backed up with proper diet.

Oh and add pull downs, dumbbell front and side raises, and stretch. If you lift weights.

Tricep curls work well for me.

Take a small weight...I use weights between 5 - 10 lbs and hold it firmly.

Take your right arm, stretch it out to the side and bring it behind your head so your palm is touching the back of your neck.

Using the weight, uncurl your arm to create a 90 degree angle behind your head. Lower it down and then lift it back up to create the same angle again. Dont do this fast...count to three each time you lift and lower.

Start slow if you've never done this before...3 sets of 12 or so. You can increase as you get stronger.

Another thing I do with 2 liter coke bottles is simply hold them behind my head with both arms and bring them up over my head. I do 3 sets of 25.

You can do either one of these while watching TV at night...simple.
