I have a girl in office who smells bad. She of course is not aware and we want to let her know but we can’t tell her openly as the R/S is not such and we don’t want to make her feel offended. Pls suggest possible ways of letting someone know that they smell bad without offending them?

you can't eat your cake and still have it!
you should be tactfully polite and feel her that you are her well-wisher and that you needed to tell her before everyone else starts talking about her smell on her back.

An anonymous note would make her uncomfortable with everyone, a polite approach will make her aware but uneasy around you, however you should be so pleasant that she steps out of that zone later on.

Try to let her know indirectly by approaching some of her relative. The relative would diplomatically talk to her about what people around her feel.

Some people emit more body odor because of their hormones or other health reasons (including anxiety), so present it as an health observation. It lets the other person know that they need to apply more of whatever keeps them going through the workday. Alternatively, they might thank you if they decide to go for a checkup and discover an issue that wasn't known/observed before.

you go and fart out loud in front of them - keep doing it until they say something.
when they say somothing - you tell them its not you its them.
