Re: HOW to keep ur hair after babys born
take pre-natal vitamins and oil your hair often. Its usually not supposed to happen (hair falling out) if your hair is healthy before conceiving. And make sure to keep taking vitamins after giving birth, especially if you breastfeed
Re: HOW to keep ur hair after babys born
There is this Vitamin BIO H TIN that really helped me .. but it doesnt work on my hubby.
Re: HOW to keep ur hair after babys born
My hairs didn't fall after my daughter was born , may be pregnancy won't affect your hairs too. Don't take tension just keep on taking regularly the multi vitamins that your ob gyn has prescribed you !
and do have halwa and panjiri that you will get to eat after child birth ...it's yummy and nutritious :)
Re: HOW to keep ur hair after babys born
A typical healthy person loses up to 100 hairs per day. This is completely normal and has to do with the lifecycle of hair. When pregnant, the extra hormone levels extend the life of hair. So pregnant women many times have very thick luxurious hair. But once the pregnancy hormones are done, youhave all these hairs that all of a sudden die off. This too is completely normal and is just a catching-up process. There really isnt a way to stop it.

They are not really clumps nadz, i think you’re probably imagining big balls of hair falling down from your head ![]()
Actually, you will just notice more hair in the shower and when you’re brushing your hair… don’t worry you won’t get any bald spots … its all normal and the hair loss will slow down and go back to normal once you get rid of all the dead hair.

its normal.. dont fight it... let them go... like mama said :)
just eat healthy and have ure milk and vits...
Its ought to happen. My hair started falling after 3 month post partum and lasted upto 6 months and I was quite worried, but its still better than it was pre-pregnancy.
