At a recent wedding I went to, we all used white tack to keep our tikkas in place.

i did UHU experiment too...but i did worked:P
sabs put a sticker under my tikka and sticked it to my forehead. it really didn't move at all. infact I still have the sticker stuck on the back of tikka.

OMG the eyelash glue idea is so awesome!! I’ve been looking for something to secure the tikka to my forehead for so long.
There were so many people posting ideas back then now there’s hardly anyone giving advice.

When you hook it in make sure you hook it into something that can be anchored either a teased area of hair or even braid your hair a few times (not all the way down, not even halfway just enough) and anchor the hook into that and Bobby pin the hook in. Bobby pins should be an X shape and then one through the middle. Once pinned hairspray it into place. Also use a good quality eyelash glue to keep the tikka on your forehead.
