Ofcourse they do Queer, poly clinic, central hospital, civil hospital, PIMS (for some) to name a few just in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. But then these are cities. I doubt the people in remote areas have any sort of medical care.

Are you serious? The government cannot provide basic amenities to its people, like clean air, clean water, consistent supply of electricity, etc. Proper health care provided to everyone in Pakistan? Yeah right.

I think he find's the suggestion of free health care actually being available funny. If it was available, then people wouldn't be dying of something silly as poo-filled water.

By law & constitution of pakistan medical care is (almost) free in pakistan. You have to pay Rs. 2 to get a token in the counter in hospital in pakistan, then doctor should see/check u for free, if he prescribes anything, you should get that medicines free of charge from the hospital medicines stores counter.
But thats all law & theory, we all know what happens in real life. Doctors are absent from hospitals working in their private clinics, hospital free medicines are sold in the open market by the hospital officials & doctors & they "hazam" that money etc.
Do you still want to introduce a new bill? though its in our constitution already.

Fraudia PCg is right, thats what i meant. On top of that, the govt sent some tanks of water after the incident and turns out that water was contaminated as well. I am just saying that so many people are sick from this water and no ones able to do anything about it.
