Learn from your 'time proven friend China:

1. Ban religion.
2. One child policy.
3. Media to be controlled by the State - no bad news to be published.
4. Army to be under the state.
5. Corrupt people to be shot.
6. Join Pakistan - with China (as a federation, long treaty, a union etc etc) - till Pakistanis learn to govern themselves.
7. Land takeover/reform - all land belongs to the state.
8. Economic growth only, all other things later.

You may add on to this list.

Implement Islam arrest all the secular cartoons and no one child policy as it is against Islam and agree on other points
