how to impress sweet churii(knife) MIL?

Re: how to impress sweet churii(knife) MIL?

Well… to be very honest whenever I hear anything against my parents then I become rude like I clearly show (through my actions) that I don’t like what she (my MIL) has said, I just can’t help it, they are my parents they raised me just like she did to my hubby so why should I hear anything against my parents wo bhi bila waja?. But I won’t suggest you to do the same, just say clearly that “ap ghalat keh rahi hain” lol I don’t understand that why most of the MIL’s thik that they are har fun-e-mola and they can’t disgust their bahu’s any skill plus they don’t accept any ‘khaami’ in their own daughters. phewww I simply hate this kind of behavior.

well this sometimes doesn’t work with every mother in law, it’s my personal experience, when I got married I didn’t even know how to boil rice like I didn’t know how much water should be added in the pot, my MIL cooked them infront of me, next time when I started pouring water in the pot exactly with the quantity she told me before but you know she came and said “nahi ye pani kam daala hai aur daalo” as a result rice became extremely soft (like halwa) Sigh* now I don’t ask her to guide me I just make a phone call to my mother and then I cook. Now my husband consider me a great cook shuker hai. My MIL doesn’t appreciate me but I don’t mind. my huuby is happy with my cooking skills that’s my achievement. I do admire her and her abilities but now I don’t expect any kind of admiration from her side. I believe that you should make yourself fair no matter what others do to you.
