If you already know that she will create more trouble if you try to discuss the matter with her or give her a karak jawab, then ignore her. Also, it's better to avoid sharing personal issues with your cousin if she's a jealous person and likes to create fitnah. Be careful about what you say to her. I find it strange that you think of her as as your best cousin. If she's making you feel like crap, she's not a good friend......best friend/cousin hona door ki baat hai. Also, don't rush to believe everything that someone like that tells you as their motive might be to turn you against others or cause you to doubt yourself. Lastly, recite your 3 Quls and Ayatul Kursi for protection against those that are jealous of you.
