Jeeeezzzzzzzz…I hate it when women cry at work!!! It makes the rest of look like silly nilly fools 
and I totally agree on this one…if she has any kind of professional sense she would not dare cry…SPECIALLY when she messes up! I once worked with a girl who was ALWAYS messing up and was this crying type..she was FIRED!
