Start with observing the property market. Start looking at the properties, usually when you set up viewing and visit properties, you get to meet other people as well who may have come for viewings , sometimes it helps in learning to see what they are looking for in the property. This may take some time. Then if you are going to buy through auctions , start visiting auctions. Once this basic research is done.
See where and what kind of property you will want to invest in. Arrangement of finance. Plan if it will be a rental property or you will resell. Whats unique about the property? will you be able to rent it out easily? etc
The success lies in your research.

Do you mean as a Realtor/real estate agent or as an investor? They are two completely different things. By profession I am a licensed Realtor but I also have 4 investment properties of my own, if you give a little more defial about what you’re wanting to do, I can give you some pointers

It also depends on where you live...investment strategies can be very location and market specific

Good but I want to know about investment. How many investment is required to start the business of real estate like Bahria town?
