If you want i can post the pic, so u can have a look at it.
Serious advice please, and last but not least dont laugh .
If they are temporary caused by pimples then do as Mijjy said. If the are permanent then the only solution for you is to get them removed using laser cosmetic surgery.
Use an over-the-counter medicated spot-control gel.. one that contain salicylic acid. Switch to a medicated facewash like Noxema or Neutrogena... keep u're skin really really clean.. and wait a couple of days to see if they clear-up. :)
You can purchase a cream containing hydroquinone, which is a substance that lightens/fades spots. My mom has had success with Ambi. It's a fade cream that you can find at the grocery store. If you decide to use Ambi or any cream with hydroquinone, make sure you apply sunscreen before going outdoors, otherwise it'll darken your skin.
Some people have had success by applying natural bleaching agents such as lemon juice, yogurt, tomato juice. It's a matter of applying the ingredient, letting it dry on your face, and then washing it off. You can even use apple cider vinegar as a toner for your face before applying moisturizer and that will lighten spots as well. I'm using apple cider vinegar for my blemishes.
If you want a product from the store, ask the pharmacist to recommend you something that will fade your spots quickly. They're pretty helpful with that kinda stuff too:)
HQ shudn't be used if u have aggravated acne.. or tiny bumps.. it's a lightening agent.. that comes in various strengths. HQ and it's strength shud be prescribed by u're derm after he/she has seen u're skin. Please don't use any harsh chemicals and just stick to an antibacterial facewash for now.. and see if they go away.
i recently aquired a few sun spots (i don’t tan evenly for some stupid reason) and i have eczema so when that bothered me i made an appt to see my dermatologist.
Well she said to get rid of the sun spots, which annoyed me because i didnt go there for that…ughh, anyhow to use this over the counter cream:
also their body cream is a good way to get rid of hyperpigmentation of the body.
Walgreens, Cvs and other drug stores carry it but you have to ask the pharmacist because they don’t put it out on the shelf, or if they don’t they can order it for you. so far it’s worked my skin is almost even again and it’s been about 2 weeks.
HQ can darken the skin and a high use of it removes too much melanin and can increase your chances of skin cancer…that’s the problem with a lot of desi or asian fair creams the mercury concentration and stuff tends to be too dangerous. BUT long story short that esoterica has been in this nation since the 70s and pretty mild and safe so i believe.

Don't use any harsh chemicals for just 2-3 pimples.. if it's more severe then opt for other gels.. do consult a derm is they worry u a lot. No one wud be able to suggest the ideal treatment without seeing u're condition.
