does anyone have any suggestions of products or at home remedies that i can do to get rid of my spots which are mainly on my forehead.
I dont have many, just a few small ones under the skin that are stubborn is all senses and are not going away, and then a few over the past few days due to stress of uni. Although i only have a few, these are starting to leave scars which i am getting v worried about and it looks gross when i apply even a light dusting of foundation over them or in direct sunlight because you can see the little bumps.
Same problem...i've always had decent skin but over the past 2 weeks i suddenly developed small spots on my forehead...towards the center. And yeah, they're skin colored with one or two small reddish ones. I haven't changed anything in terms of skincare.

Does it feel like grainy or sandy when you run your hand over it? It sounds like what you and SummerFruits have is what I have too, and I think they're white heads? But whatever they are, I have them for a few years now. They also popped up randomly, and are only on my forehead. The only way I can control them is by applying benzoyl peroxide 10% on them religiously every day once a day. That's the only way I don't get new ones. A thin layer is all you need.
^ Yes, exactly! grainy/sandy feeling, and my forehead is oily too. What brand/solution do u use?
Any brand I can find in the drugstore :D Benzoyl peroxide is the only thing I've found that works, other OTC acne medicine really doesn't for some reason.

No, they're recurrent, at least for me unfortunately. I've tried a lot of things, and they don't ever stop coming. But BP does prevent them from coming, and if I slack off BP for like a week or so, they pop up.
Apple cider vinegar is an effective remedy for a number of skin problems including brown spots. It will help dry out and fade the spots faster. Dilute some apple cider vinegar with an equal amount of water. You can also add some honey. Apply this solution on your brown spots and wash it off after a few minutes. Do this once daily for a few days or until you get positive results. You can use straight apple cider vinegar too, but it may sting.
