Baking soda and water (you make it into a paste and leave it on till it dries then scrub it off).

Just go to the salon and have them professionally extract all the blackheads. Then keep up with keeping your skin clean by using baking soda as an exfoliator or even any store bought ones. If you have any on your nose now baking soda would hardly remove them.
