Have you invested in the venture? or was it a loan to a person or to an entity??? all depends the kind of papers you have signed… if you have invested in the business, then you equity might have lost… the project have made loss and there goes your money… if it was a pure loan, then the terms and conditions of the loan does apply…
anyway it is not only in Pakistan, every where in the world there are scams going on, that is why TOY called money shouldn’t be given to the kids to play with… they can loose it easily
