I had a problem…and thought of sharing with you guys if anyone can give me good advice on it.
There was a female friend of mine in Karachi… one day she came up with the idea of starting a Youth Mag. she was seeking for investors…I was working out of Pakistan and since I knew this lady from a good family back ground ( as per she told or her circle pretended) I gave her one Million PKR. There were few more ppl who actually gave her money for this. Later on after a few months i got to know she was fraud and she actually does this kind of adventures every few months. I have written agreement and evidences. I really dont wanna get into the Civil court thing. Whenever i ask her to return my money she bluntly says " kon say paisay".
I dont know anyone in karachi…I have no idea how to recover my money specially when am back to Pakistan and jobless these days. I heard there are some recovery people who charge you some amount but get your money recovered. Is that true?
u shd find som recovery agency ... ther r tons of available ... discuss the issue with thm they might wil find some way out shortcut for u ... and as u hav som written documents too y r u afraid of court ... u can sue her ..u mst ... trust me u wil find ur money back ...
I have checked with recovery agencies and they deal with only corporate ppl. Not the individual cases.
And court thing.....dont You have idea of Pakistani Justice....M in Lahore she is in Karachi. Thats a long procedure and hearing can take to months plus its gonna cost me alot :-S

Well...I am not someone who will be violent. Specially to woman. I dont believe in killing/hitting ppl just because of money.
Then it all depends on the agreement.
Have you invested in the venture? or was it a loan to a person or to an entity??? all depends the kind of papers you have signed... if you have invested in the business, then you equity might have lost... the project have made loss and there goes your money... if it was a pure loan, then the terms and conditions of the loan does apply...
anyway it is not only in Pakistan, every where in the world there are scams going on, that is why TOY called money shouldn't be given to the kids to play with... they can loose it easily

But... in this case. Violence will be the only result. I've got friends. Who might be able to help, but they will charge you. They'll need all the information about this girl that you can give. Just message me with your MSN or something.
Very easy first find out how connected she is . If she has connections with Army , Police , People in Power then you cannot do anything . If she is not that connected and you are the connected one then those connections of your can help you recover whatever is left over. Since she is a fraud she would be a big spender too , she might have already spent your money.
