Having a busy schedule due to work, university, or family it seems it’s very hard to find “ME” time. Monday through Friday we’re so rushed and busy and than comes the weekend, in which most of us become lazy bums.
So is there a way to develop “ME” time with all the hectic things life throws at us?
“To get more time, you need to give time”: An idea I got from a YouTube blogger (video posted below).
The basic idea is to give yourself certain amount of time during the morning, which could include exercising, reading a book, anything really and while you think you’re losing this time, you will actually gain it rest of the day by being more productive.
So share what you do as a morning routine which betters your day and keeps you less stressed out. After watching this video will you add anything to your day to get that "ME" time as well as be more productive?

Well, I’m waiting for spring break next week and will add somethings to my morning routine to see if I become more productive and just overall have a healthy lifestyle.
I’m going to start with 30mins of walking. This is not for working out because I hate sweating. Doing to get my body started for the rest of the day, as well as see if it has any good effects on my skin.
