Is CSS the route you take into ISI? I think only those in the military can join ISI, I might be wrong though.

As for FIA, I remember they posted an ad in the paper last year, you had to apply on the basis of your graduation and CSS wasn’t required. Maybe they’ll recruit this year too so do keep a lookout for ads in the paper, especially in Dawn’s sunday edition.

^ hey someone told me they did that, so only the people who were sharp enuff would apply... i guess they were joking then.

And yea I've heard that too actually... that only military personals can apply for ISI.

its got to be a joke..lol. obviously they would want to attract a talent pool as large as possible and they can do all the competency based screening later.

Not necessarily bruh, the ISI intake is almost exclusively Pakistani Military. But I linked her to the CSS forums because of the information related to the other CCP positions.

EDIT: You can still get into the ISI through their vacancies in the papers (Rare).

I think only FIA jobs are advertised in papers......
Intelligence agencies take the guys from military......they do hire civilians too.....but i am not sure about that..

Most ISI staff are either Millitary or ex-millitary personel, however if you poses skills that are usefull you can get yourself head hunted…

FIA jobs and other intelligence jobs not quite so secretive require less nodes of entry.

One friend of mine is not directly Millitary, in the sense that he was never part of a formal army but his martial skills and security training are at such an advanced level that most combat forces in the world would like to get thier hands on him… just to trian thier own cadre’s.

If your proffesion is of any interest to national security or medicine perhaps even engineering or mechanics you can still find a way in but it’s harder to climb the ladder…

Though being Pakistan it’s still possible for ex-criminals and savage Warlords to get in on sefarish :wink:
