Dude I provided customer service for a long time. Trust me they know about you way, I mean way more then you think they do. Believe me!!!
Again your thinking is very myopic. There is a difference between the kind of customer service you provide and the one a Salesperson provides at a car or furniture dealership.
I am also in CS for a long time now so I know what you are talking about.
There is a huge difference between post sales and pre-sales CS.
