I got marry in Pakistan like 7 months ago. we really did not gt along at all. Now we are at point were we need to get divorce from eachother. Please someone could advice us that how to get divorce? We got marry in pakistan and have not got marry offical in states . Please someone help me find out how to file divorce living in States?

I am sorry to know things are't working out for both of you. USA family system does recognise, marraiges performed under various other belief system. You do not have to get married as per USA law. So your nikah nama is fairly valid piece of evidence to govern your marriage and divorce.
