i don't understand how's trust on God and no fear of anyone can be the same?
I believe, a believer fears no one but Allah but an atheist might fear anyone but God.

U c , to frame it more correctly........A believer has to fear his God everytime as well as having to fear about everyone else.....An atheist won't have to care about God.....Anywhichway, There r no true believers nor r their true atheists!! People act according to situation, which suits them! i know i'm making very little sense but.....u know,naa?

Fearing God means to do what He has ordered us to do and to stay away from what He has prohibited for us and it's called taqwa in Quran. The other type of fear is Khashiya that means fear of punishment.
Atheists and believers both can have khashiya but only believers have the taqwa. There's another word for fear in Arabic "khauf" which is kind of a "museebah"(trouble/punishment) and only God can remove that from our hearts.
So there's positive fear and neutral fear and then negative fear.
