So In the past 4-5 Months I lost about 17-20 pounds. It was all stress/depression blah blah. It’s getting to the point where everyone constantly points it out.
Well if you all could help out with foods that might help gain back weight fast. I tried pigging out for about 3 weeks but i barely gained a pound or two Help Help!

If gain by fat accumulation, then eat over 2200 calories per day without cardio exercise or 3300+ with cardio. Basically, the common American diet; cheese burgers, fries, pizza, junk food, etc.
If weight gain by muscle mass, eat 2200-3000 calories with 40-60% of calories coming from protein-rich sources, such as fish, red meat, poultry, etc. But with this diet you must spend atleast 6 hours/week in the gym lifting heavy weights to the point that your body is sore on a daily basis. The proper term for this in weightlifting circles is "bulking".

If stress was the cause of weight loss, apart from eating a lot you might want to divert your mind by engaging yourself into activities. Eating does help but that alone might not be able to contribute to the weight gain process. Telling from experience. Best of luck
