i want to gain weight im underweight most people say i should gain weight i start these days to eat more like 5 meals in a day and plus mango and milk shake but dont know it helps or not ..can any 1 suggst me any remedy to gain weight fast
4 years back my weight was 39 Kg and i was really curious like you , did anything from eating boiled potatoes to milkshakes and dates etc. but nothing worked for me
today i am 26 yrs old and my weight is now 50 kg and i did nothing special . just drink ensure milk ( not more than two tins ) and eat regular meals .. avoid overeating ..
eat dates with milk at night .. it is the best remedy for weight gain..
What u need to do is stop eating roti salaan and start eating food with loads of calories :) chocolate cake!!! yummy. that will get you gaining
On a more serious note. If you're underweight you should see your doctor as he can set up a much more healthier diet plan for you. :)
I have heard that eating cereal before you go to bed makes you put on more weight very fast, especially something like muesli, or something with oats (I love Crunchy Nut :) )Try that.
Lots of water will make your digestive system more powerful and you'll feel more hungry, but you have to make it as routine. Most people just quit doing the procedure after 2, 3 weeks because they lacks of self-discipline and will power.
For attaining weight definitely use the all type of the diet which comprising of the high diet protein in which eggs,meat,fish and all the energy snakes are much better for gaining the weight along with exercise which is also the best source to gain the weight in order to keep the digestive system better by it. physical therapy documentation
Take healthy and balanced diet and participate in some sports or some physical activities.
Join gym to do some weight exercises for the muscles growth also do some cardio exercises along with weight exercie for the fitness improvement.
I am under-weight and for now have stopped worrying about that altogether. People are never really happy with the way you look. This girl is too skinny, this is too fat etc etc. If you are planning to gain weight because of these people, I don’t have any suggestions for you. :snooty:
Anyway, if you think that you need to gain weight for yourself then don’t eat for the sake of eating. Also, adding one type of food (fats or carbohydrates) isn’t healthy either. Use some online tool to help you track what are you eating as a part of balanced diet and make a nutrition plan for your self.
