not me... lol i was jus asking like if u want to gain weight than how??...

I think skinny guys have to lift weights in order to build muscle. Realistically, you don't want to eat junk food and just get fat. I think the proper way would be to steadily use weights on all parts of the body.

I could be wrong though. :p

You would also have to eat more in addition to working out. Not necessarily fattening foods.

Right. :k: The more you excercise or lift weights the bigger your muscles get.

Skinny people mostly have high metabolism so they should eat food that is less spicey, oily n with meats and stuff. I don't think milk is good either coz most of them are "lactose intolerant". It's good to eat meals on time and in small amounts several times a day rather than having large heavy meals.

BTW, I'm not sure if I gave you a correct advice. Contact daacter Nescio.

If you are residing in Europe or North America, I recommend consulting a nutritionist. Gaining, losing weight, adding muscle mass etc. depends on many factors such as genetics, metabolism, ethnic diet and life style to name a few. It's a very complex zero-sum game and a professional could provide you correct assistance and advice.

Also ask yourself why is it important to gain weight. If you are doing it for cosmetic reasons, I'd advise against it.

That’s only if you’re eating accordingly in the first place. It depends on how you eat, and how you excercise.

Yeah, I know. That is why I replied twice. Check my other message. :-)

Wese, gaining weight is as hard as losing weight. :(

Try this shake every morning for atleast 2 months and then tell me how much you gained.

700ml of milk
2 eggs
1 banana

P.S: This is no joke

eat loads of choccino muffins yum!

the main thing is the diet and one must consult an expert preferrably a nutritionist or a GP or atleats an experienced trainer.
smooth_guy's recipe has worked wonders over the ages and that's the reason many ppl even today offer this advice right away.
Working out has been another popular method to get weight on quick. the technique to gain weight is to lift very heavy weights with long reps. that builds muscle quicker as opposed to the regular weight training routines that make you lift more step by step and grow slow and steady.

Good tips, Haris :k:

snack on boiled potatoes

I think this is the best advice so far… :k:

Replace the banana with a few tablespoons of honey though, and mix it well with a proper mixer because you don’t want a ‘solid’ piece of raw egg going down your throat.

Also straight away after a work out drink a pint of protein shake or a protein snack bar you should be able to buy these from the gym.

Most guys I know just eat sh!t loads of food and be lazy to put on weight before they start working out but don’t do that because your muscles will turn out crap, and wont be as cut up and defined, you might eventually get there but it takes too long…

Exercise, eat well, drink plenty of water and sleep well.

And don’t go near sh!t like steroids and stuff, my bro wanted to take them but I stopped him because they have some nasty side effects…
