Ok ladies, help me become superwoman one task at a time. I wanna know if there is a way to make phulkas and parathas and freeze them. I do get frozen stuff but its made of maida and right now I am trying that we eat maximum stuff homemade and also prefer aata walay phulka and paratha.
Pls give directions in detail thank you lovely ladies you rock
If you can become master of half cooking them, so when you thaw them and reheat them on Tawaa, they get fully cooked
One of our family friends use to do that., cook paratha half way (where you oil of inner of it and bailo it and cook it) and then they use to put ot in freezer. Rest of cooking when they thawed it
I dont like frozen paratha or roti at all, I HAVE to have fresh roti and paratha no matter wht, but my mum sometimes freeze naan wrapping them in cooking foil
atleast phulkas r supposed to be made fresh and eat fresh..so far as parathas r concerned u can freeze them in a stack separated by butter paper or normal polythene bag...no need to half-cook them even...
