thats a bit tricky sometimes though isn’t it.. I guess things would be much easier if we could flip a switch and shut some things off in our mind (or change the circumstances), but life is often much more complicated than that of course.

thatz true!!!many times itz not practical …i go through the same phases many times and anything i do,does not help me to get out of it…..am looking for the same answer…the main question is how to get peace of mine
