Hi, the way i would assume she/he did it (hairdresser)- was to maybe curl the hair first so it is slightly wavy and not curly. Obviously the model has a fring and what they have done is teased the fringe as well as the rest of he hair on the crown and sprayed it back. Obviously not being perfect and they have loosened the hair at the neck and around the face but by teasing and spraying it is away from the face. Also doing loose plaits. I think the roses look amazing in the hair and obviously the model is beautiful too!
