I have just noticed a blog under my nick. A silly one. lol
How did that happen? Did I click somethiing wrong there? I think there is somewhere a button which says ‘blog it’ and I must have clicked it. 
How can it be removed?

Go on your blog and hover your cursor next to the title of the entry. Click the pencil and at the bottom of the grey box, click delete. Then choose physically remove message and click delete post.
