The situation what we have in Pakistan is really sad. These people who are killing innocents in the name of Islam are not Muslim and I think a new legislation is needed in Pakistan where all those who believe on certain things should not be allowed to declared themselves Muslim. The things that Pakistan should make obligatory for a Muslim to believe:
Suicide of any type, including suicide bombing, be that against Muslims or non-Muslims.
Use any type of force in the name of Islam, to implement Islam or victimise anyone in the name of Islam, including non-Muslims.
Doing Takfeer … that is calling anyone non-Muslim who declares that they are Muslim.
If anyone (Mullah or whoever) applies for ID card, Passport , bank account or whatever, **he/she should declare **that they do not believe on above (with oath). If anyone declines to declare their belief on above, than these people should not be allowed to use Islam as their religion on all official documents and should not be allowed to go for Hajj. These people should not be allowed to use official marriage documents used for Muslims nor should they be able to register as Muslim at any official places. They should be banned from leading prayers, being Muazzin or teaching Islam privately, in Mosques, in schools, or at any Madrasa. Well, if they want to, they can leave religion column empty or declare themselves whatever they want, including Khawrjee. I think that if government would do that, not only most sectarian violence in Pakistan would end but all suicide bombing would end too. I think that such legislation is also required urgently to save Islam from distortion by these Fisadies.
So basically you are asking for a legislation along the lines where Ahmadis were declared kafir?
What Pakistan really needs is true law enforcement and honest/sincere justice system. In absence of these two no matter what law/constitution you pass they are all going to trash-can, waste of time and paper they’ll be printed on.
Pakistan needs a fatwa brigade who’ll issue fatwas against “suicide bombing” like activities, those fatwas need to be propagated through media, print and masajid.
Sure, plant more seeds of division.
