Hi there! Just joined this forum as I’ve seen people give some good advice (and vice versa).
My husband is a full-time student working on his professional degree. It’s a very demanding program and I know he’s very stressed out by the amount of work, commitment and fear of not doing well. As his wife, I tend to take a lot of his stress upon myself and I think its really affecting me both mentally and emotionally. How would you recommend I stay more positive and supportive of him? I’ve looked into counseling but that hasn’t helped much.
