How to deal with dry patches of skin on my arms?

of the shower is the only time i get dry skin and it only on my arm and chest. So how to get rid from it?

any Ideas ?

Could be due to your diet - need to increase your intake of fresh fruit/veggies and drink plenty of water... also to moisturise areas apply either E45 Cream/lotion, Olive Oil or Vaseline Intensive Care....
