leave her mess no matter how clean you are. like someone else suggested, clean you own mess and let her get the hint that you will no longer clean up after her.
orrr you could get all her mess (chicken leg bone, empty containers, etc), put them in a bag or box and leave them outside her door with a note.

tell me one thing, does it depend on a husband too if wife is sort of messy?? 
in my case, I dont know because both of us like to be neat and clean and infact my hubby is a neat freak.. do you think, there is any part to be played by the husband’s side in her case?? Her husband is very Lazy!!

Fully understand why your co tenant does not put the cartons in the garbage. Most cartoons can be recycled.

try to let her know indirectly that she is wrong
if u try to talk directly the things can go wrong between u.
tell her some ur own created stories ie i done things that a way that my father, aunt or any sibling appriciated me.imean tell her that how much u like cleaness and effort for it
then tell her about any of ur cousin or frnd who create messes and u dont like it every body condemn them 4 there behaviour

well its difficult make a dirty person understand what cleaning is.....n in ur situation its even more tough..but theres nothing else you can do except for talking to owners or moving sumwhere else...
