My hubby is actually a neat freak too and not only me but my husband is annoyed too!! I suggested him to speak to the Husband first, when things remain between guys its actually not that bad, but when women get involved, I have found it resulted in creating a scene!! and I really dont want that! So, hopefully my hubby would speak to the man first and we’ll wait to see how it has effected!!
Put water all around on the floor of common bathroom and throw some napkins/toilet paper here n there too, let's see if this piss her off or she will complain then it's golden chance for you to speak,

Take one Lemmon dip in red chilli and insert few needles in lemon and place it front of her door,she will think you or someone else is doing kala jadoo on her and she will run away and will never come back or will never meet you again.

I think it would make it awkward if the guys spoke as it isn't a 'guy thing' to talk about cleaning. Just speak to her. When she leaves a mess just go say oh could you clean up because I wanna prepare blah blah.
She has been telling me indirectly for several time, that because I have a baby, I cant manage the house chores or I was a real neat freak. But seriously CC, if she were, she would have never left a chicken leg bone on dining table or her baby, stinky.. because if she says, its because of the baby, then actually the baby should be clean… who is not!
Ummmm I don't buy that--most ppl who are clean freaks tend to stay that way after having kids. Kids/chores become top priority and everything else gets pushed back. at least that's what I've gathered from the posts here and seeing it in real life.
