I am scared of putting anything into my eyes to be honest. If you have red eyes, splash them with cold water or keep an icepack/cucumber on them. However, if they are due to lack of sleep then you have no choice but to catch some zzzzz my friend.

Also, when splashing your eyes with water, you need to be very careful and don't do chappar chappar. It can seriously damage the retina/cornea.

never splash water in your eyes!!!

always dip and roll your eyes in water. get either a bowl and fill it with water and then roll your eyes in it, or cup your hands, put water in it and then do it.

i heard that sunflower water was supposed to be good for eyes. or was it for yellow eyeballs
