Try looking at the the Indo-U.S war games from the U.S point of view. The USAF can choose to lose intentionally, in order to have the congress approve newer, expensive, high-tech, airplanes such as the JSF & F-22 Raptor, in large numbers. This way congress knows that the American systems are still the best in the world. If the USAF performed better in the wargames, the congress would not think of inducting new weapons systems, since they are very expensive.

these are all done for certain reasons and to gather data . ofcourse no body can
beat usaf.

Dear Friends, as it stands in 2005 the IAF outnumber and outclass the PAF in every department except pilot training.That edge too will be lost soon as the IAF take deliveries of the hawk trainers. The JF-17 though a remarkable achievement could provide the backbone of PAF but will hardly be the counter to the Mig-29/Su-30 and Mirage2000 of IAF. What course should the PAF take under these circumstances? And suppose war breaks out now how do you think the IAF will fare against the PAF?

its ppl like u are the curse of this country. u like creating this artificial fear of India (a country w/o enough money to even pay for its military's uniforms) and use that as an excuse to bulk up defense spending and buy expensive F 16s. wth do u think we need air superiority for, when we have nukes and curise missiles?

stop living in fear and instead focus on economy and infrastructure. we need knowledge superiority... once we have that we will be superior in every way to our neighbors.

Underestimating your enemy is the biggest folly and pak has no reason to be confident we have a terrible record in combat
and India wants to annex pak that is a fact

do you think using nukes is a viable option? other than a last resort when the country is faced with extinction
and what are cruise misslies gonna do? how will they help the troops on the ground?will they stop the 200+ IAF strike planes from destroying our tanks
and how many of those cruise missiles do we have?and they are not the wonder weapon that could do everything and anything stop living in this fantasy world …
