How to cook Aloo

Boil potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces. Put some oil on a tawwa, add potatoes, add salt, red chilli powder, a pinch of haldi, ground corriander seeds, white cumin, anardana, kalonji, [tomatoe puree optional], 2 tsp of imli ka pani, fry everything on tawwa and add green chillies and fresh corriander in the end.

that’s so cool - allo on the tawa. Never seen it done but will try it with the imli.
