How to cook Aloo

I made this today, turned out yummy. Made it with potatoes’ skin on, didn’t add anardana and tomatoes. It turned out a bit tart for my taste buds, maybe I added too much imli ka pani.. anyway I had some leftover coconut milk from yesterday and I added it to the potatoes and it balanced out the tartness pretty nicely plus added flavor.

It’s easy to make and quite different, will make it again :k:

I never tried it with the skin on…will try in future that way inshallah.
