Been through that mate and it’s a matter of gradually pushing the boundaries. At first parents are extra concerned because it’s something new. They aren’t used to their child being out so late. You need to slowly show them that you can be out late and be responsible. Don’t push the limits too far too quickly, it must be gradual.

You must earn this trust.

would you mind sharing how you started to do it? And, how old were you at the time?
