I’ve got some dust stains on my laptop screen, which I tried to remove using my nail. It wouldn’t go away. I realized if I try any harder I’m going to damage the screen.
I’m thinking of using glass cleaner (Windex) or my the solution that I use to clean my glasses. Would that be a bad idea or is there a particular type of cleaner out there that I gotta use to prevent damage?

It looks like a dust stain to me. I don't know how else to describe it. I know if I use water or some sort of solution, it will go away. I just don't want to damage the screen basically.

nooooo there's a better way, spit over the dirty spots etc and then use your dupatta to wipe em out :hehe

Well I use this "made in denmark" product for dish washing called "Vanish" .. its great .. :P
but i guess 5Abi's idea is cheaper :P

window cleaners ... a big no no ... its not safe to use 'em cause they are quite aggressive for the screen ... same goes for the lens cleaner ... I suggest you get a proper LCD screen cleaner ... I think any LCD cleaner will do ...

Too bad, it’s so hot outside, otherwise I would’ve strolled to the mall to get the LCD cleaner.
