How frequently you guys clean the oven.I dont use it much except for baking biryani or chicken.Can you let me know what you use for cleaning?Thanks

Well , I usually clean it like once in 4 months or once in 6 months ... like as in extensive inside cleaning.. normally I dnt have too much spill inside.. coz when one happens i clean it immediately.
What you can do if its really messy is that , take some water in an ovensafe container and squeeze a lemon in it , then let it remain in the oven on lowest heat for 10 minutes ... when the oven cools ... clear the oven with a wet cloth .... lemon just helps the tough stains to come out easily and kills infection as well .

I spray the oven lightly with lemon juice, and sprinkle over bicarb soda. I then leave the oven for 20/30 minutes, and wipe the oven. If there's loads of stuff still left I'll repeat the process.
Works for me, and leaves the oven smelling nice too.
For tougher cleaning I would usually use Mr Muscle Oven cleaner-but it's full of chemicals.

Good old elbow grease should do the trick.
Try using bicarb of soda (non toxic so good for the environment and no harmful nasties breathed in by humans) spray the inside of the oven with some water and then shake some bicarb of soda in to the oven and then just leave it on for a couple of hours. You may need to use a plastic spatula to scrap it but the grease should come away quite easily. And finish off by cleaning the oven out with water (squeeze a few lemon drops in to it for a lovely smelling oven).
