Look in a large supermarket, in the cleaning products aisle. It can be in an aerosol can, it's a foam. If you can't find it, look for car upholstery cleaner foam.
See if you can find febreeze anti-bacterial spray, you can use on fabrics.
I wouldn't personally use the dettol surface spray bcos that's something you have to wipe off after you use it, can't be done on fabrics.
Check Ikea for mattress protectors and use one from now on, under the bedsheet that you sleep on top of.

so u mean u put the mattress cover over the plastic rite??? but u wipe the plastic cover before puttin the other 3 stuff?
Yes I know paranoid... I even make my hubby sleep on the plastic when I am laundering my formal sheet set...... no the plastic is not that loose and neither is it the flimsy kind... plus with 3 layers on top of the plastic ... we don't hear the plastic when we change sides.... and neither do I have any other kind of stains... almost 3 years of this mattress .... and the plastic is still on it... lol ...
OMG....I thought I was the only one that puts a spare fitted sheet over the actual mattress cover!!!!

pillow-top mattress
feather bed
mattress cover
fitted sheet
matching fitted sheet
reguar sheet
blanket or duvet
seriously yaar this is insaaaannnnnnnnneeeee!!! :D u guys r sooooo paranoid!! majority of ppl in pak and ppl in general just put a regular bed sheet over the actual matress.. no mattress cover , no fitted sheet nada!!!!! i m truly amazed!

Our mattress is 2 years old and its totally clean... its an off-white color so I can tell its clean when I change the sheets. I just use 2 layers of fitted sheets and yeah, I change both sheets often :)
LOL... MALL u do make me laugh.. waterproof protecters a sort of like mattress protecters but there waterproof there made out of plastic material not like other normal protecters so if a child wets him/herself whilst sleeping it doesnt go thru to the mattress u can just wipe or wash it clean its just like a plastic sheet like the 1 u get on a mattress when u buy it brand new but oviously its more comfortable to sleep on..but i do put a bed sheet on top of tht to make it more comfortable for my child.....
