how to change.......

In the last 3 weeks…I have become more impatient,intolerant and chirchiri :bummer:

how to change it?

The only thing that changed in the last 3 weeks is tht…i’m jobless (cuz of my MBA exam :hinna: ) now and my appetite is pretty bad…nothing else has changed…could that be the reason?If so…then how do i remedy it? If not…then what could be the reason?

i refuse to help because of the following reasons:

  1. ur not a bahu complaing about her saas
  2. ur not a bhabhi complaining about her nand
    and most importantly (3) ur not a wife complaining about her husband

on a serious note though,... this may sound weird but i feel like aise hi chalte phirte reciting daruud or alhamdulillah helps alot....if ur jobless uss mein bhi Allah ki taraf se koi bhalaayi dhuundho...or at least have faith in the fact that there is a good reason you dont have a job yet and while tht reason may not be clear to u yet it will be u just have to remain patient ...try to get in touch with ur spirituality it really helps deal with the "tough" times

as for ur appetite yes appetite changes can both cause mood swings and be an indication of how ur feeling these days...if ur eating too much is it because ur too depressed? if so why are u depressed? and is the reason why ur depressed really as big of a deal as ur making it out to be?

if there are mood enhancers like caffeine etc in ur diet u will have mood swings with those too for example when u have too much sugar in ur system u will be euphoric but when it wears of ull be low...so yeah appetite can also be a cause of ur mood swings...try to eat healthier and exercise sabar over whats happening in ur life

I barely eat…i hv no breakfasts cuz im too lazy …no lunch cuz im not hungry…only lil dinner cuz abbu will be upset if we all dont hv dinner together…i only feel the need to eat sweets late night ko :bummer:

eating too little can also be a sign of depression... i just think ur bored and u need to get a hobby and also get in touch with ur spirituality ...having faith in the fact that what Allah is doing for u is best really helps calm a person down

And no it's not weird it's true mera pura yaqeen hai is bat pe like agar ap chalte phirte her waqt darood sharif perho to apart from job Insha Allah aahista aahisa her mushkil asan hoti jati hai aur insan ki soch Mai bhi farak ata hai aur sakoon sa ho jata hai.

Allah pe believe rakho aur think k jo Woh krta hai Insan ki behtri k liyey kerta hai.
And also farigh mt raho, try to buzy urself in doing house work or in ur hobbies or may be some other things.

Hope k ye prb aapko ziada tense na krey.
