For those of you who are susceptible to common cold…
It’s important to know how to blow your nose to get the optimal impact…My suggestion is that you keep one nostril closed with ur thumb and blow the other nostril..then blow the second nostril same way…trying to blow both nostrils at the same time may be ineffective and frustrating…

May i add something here? also make sure the paper is thick enough because that can get really epesc. if you have to blow alot out(i know this is gross but trust me i know from experirence)
