waterfall.....i have that problem...i never knoe how to make convo with new ppl........but i find that the best opening is always a compliment......that warms ppl uto u and gets them to talk........

Do you read books, watch movies , go places, keep track of current affairs , interested in games ?
If you do all any of them then you can start as Sheyn said about and then talk on any or all of the above subjects , then the conversation will keep going.
