I couldn’t help but notice the desire expressed by brother Afridi in an earlier thread about becoming a mod. WHile I think ehsan bhai did a good job of giving a general outline of the requirements of being senior, active blah blah blah, I think he was far off the specifics
So for all the aspiring mods, a much more realistic set of requirements as displayed by the current mods are as follows:
Mods are to be familiar with the following phrases when talking with the Admins of the site:
Really? That’s a great idea!
Oh, I agree wholeheartedly!
That’s such a good plan, it’s surprising that no-one thought of it before!
You know, without you this place would fall apart!
Is this far enough up?
Mods should have relevant experience in:
Work Avoidance
Evading Real Issues
Vocalising the word “Yes”
Negative life experiences
Deleting posts due to personal vendetta
Frequent PMS
Mods should NOT possess any of the following:
Social Skills
Technical Competance, except in remembering irrelevant facts
Conscience
Common sense
