how to be healthy

with lots of tension and stress filled routine?

any tips which might help the stress and tension not affect the skin…hair and overall health.

Past week or so I have had an extraordinary hairfall…nosebleeds…terrible skin…and overall health deterioration..regular cramps…continuous headaches and backaches…irritability…sleeplessness …fever etc etc etc…
So any tips would be helpful.

Whatever you do. Take a day off and just stay in bed, do nothing. Eat, drink fluids and go to sleep. No phone, TV, book, internet etc.

Sleep whenever you can. Stay in one room. Just one whole day. Tell everyone not to bother you.

And you will be refreshed next day. :)

lots of fluids, and start taking a multi-vitamin. I honestly didnt think that a multi-vitamin was a big deal until I started to take them everyday, and I have noticed a big difference in myself!
