Re: How to balance out workouts?
you are going there to lose weight or tone up ?
Re: How to balance out workouts?
The days that you go for aerobics, just focus on strength, resistance training at the gym, rather than cardio… a 5-10 min warm up session before and after that would suffice.

Btw thanks alot for the help guys.
Re: How to balance out workouts?
Woah … I didn’t know aerobics included resistance training. I thought it was all about shaking/stretching yourself to death
.
Re: How to balance out workouts?
Can you ask your trainer - that running / swimming / aerobic’s should be done before GYM or after
Re: How to balance out workouts?
It doesnt, im just saying the days that u do aerobics, set aside cardio and do the rest… cardio + aerobics would be overkill
Re: How to balance out workouts?
i always change it up all the time, i get bored easily of an exercise if i keep doing the same thing
so belly dancing occasionally, treadmill-with the level at it’s highest doing 3.5 speed, and i do a little dance or a model walk on it just to keep it fun and interesting
, believe me at that incline, you lose 500 calories in 1 hr easily. the next day it’s Zumba or jumping on the trampoline. it ends up being fun for me too if i change my exercise routine everyday
