We all know that desi food is full of oil, contributes to high cholesterol etc etc and experts always suggest to eat in moderation to avoid health problems. How do you do that? What kinds of foods/cuisines are good to eat when you’re not cooking/eating desi food?

i love salads, n thats what i have 5 days a week for lunch (home made chicken salad) and for dinner i have desi food. keep my diet balanced.
