How to avoid thirst in Ramazan

I hope this works for you Specially the people working all day.

To avoid thirst in ramazan do the following and inshallah you will feel no thirst:

1. Avoid direct sun exposure

2. Avoid strenous exercise and sweaty sports with exwrtion

3. Avoid spicy foods and chillies in Sehri

4. Avoid grilled and fried food in Sehri

5. Take at least 2-4 tablespoon of DAHi in sehri or take as much as possible

6. Those with stomach problems or acidity, heartburn or dydpepsia should take one capsule omeprazole 20 mg or Famotidine 40 mg or Ranitidine 300 mg in Sehri after taking it.

7. Brush your teeth after sehri

8. Avoid strong pain killers in sehri

I live in desert so I'm always thirsty..............but somehow in Ramadan I don't get thirsty :)
