You use the pointed part to line your waterline, like you'd apply any other kajal/kohl.

no, i dont have a sharpner. abhoi itna istamal nahin kya, is liye sharpner ki zaroorat nain pari.
it looks more like the 2nd pic. the fabric is like a lipstick, just a bit harder.
